The Integrated Center System is the brain of TOPIS. This system collects, integrates, and processes all information in real time, and provides such information to the administrator for immediate responses.

The administrators monitor all informations to detect any signs of unexpected situations or disasters. They reduce damage as much as possible by controlling on-site facilities, such as traffic signals and VMS(variable message sign), and providing information to citizens. They are doing their best to control all traffic and disaster situations at the center.

In addition, the integrated Center System is designed to swiftly contact and cooperate with relevant organizations.
